Yeah they are a bit on the high end. I wasn't to fond of them lowering the seeds per package either. They use to give 15 seeds per pack and now 10 and the prices went up.

My tester strain from Shanti had 22+ seeds in the vial. I didn't open it yet, so I'm not sure the exact count.
