I discovered something very recently that may help you out. I've recently gone on a serious body-building binge and have been learning a lot about creatine. When they test your urine in drug tests, they test for creatinine, a breakdown product of creatine. If you load up on creatine monohydrate 3 or 4 days before the test, you will have enough in your urine to dilute it down VERY heavily by drinking massive amounts of water. The thing is, you have to load for a little while before your test. Not everybody has that amount of time.
Well, I discovered that you can get massive amounts of creatinine by injesting creatine ethyl ester instead of creatine monohydrate. Both are sold at any store selling GNC products. Creatine ethyl ester is turning out to be worthless for bodybuilding because it turns into creatinine upon contact with stomach acid. Using creatine ethyl ester, you can get much more creatinine in your system, and you can do it within 24 hours of your test.
This has been a public service announcement.
(the reason I post this is because I have NEVER seen a dilution guide mention this fact).

have you tried this ?
sounds like it would work, but are you sure creatinine only to check for dilution ?

creatine is not the only thing they check. and i wouldn't waste my money on creatine ethyl ester.

goes over lots of things, myths, even things i've never heard of, such as professional sports players using catheters to empty their bladder and inject clean urine. pretty hardcore.
