New roots?

i made a cutting of my hibiscus, and these appeared a few weeks later

(sorry the first pic sucks, my hands are shaky)

do they look like new roots or some kind of mold/fungi?

i'd assume it's roots but it's really hard to tell :shrug:

give it some time and don't mess with it, you'll find out soon enough :wink:
