Well you should be just fine on air.You didnt say how high the ceiling was,but I figured you have a 8 foot cieling which would give you a total of 128 cubic ft.(4 times 4 times 8 = 128)And you want a fan that can remove total volume of air in less than 5 minutes.your fan is rated at 424 cfm.600 watts is good for a 4 by 4 area.4 times 4=12 Divided by 600 is 37.5 watts a sq ft.and if you put it 2 ft away from plants your getting somewhere around22000 or 23000 lumens.Im far froma expert but I think thats good.O also dont forget to get a intake fan if your room is nice and sealed.A ratio of 1 to 4 in and out( so about 100 in since you got 400 out) Will give a little negative pressure.
