God dammit. Some asshole has been pillaging my colony so I built my wall up to lvl 7 and built 15 phalanxes and 35 swordsmen to hold him off on his next attack or to at least to take a chunk from his army. He attacked me today but lo' and behold, I get the 0 offense power bug which according to the ikariam forums is a common and random bug. So instead of blowing a hole in his army, I lose 25 swords and 5 phalanxes and he loses nothing! I am going to report this to the game mods but I highly doubt anything will come of it... 
KP, I will send you nudie pics if you take care of him for me.

i'm rollin with the Phalanx with Iron Spears and Iron shields and the Archers with the Iron Arrowhead and Leather Armor. Got me a Cook too to feed my troops. My town wall is at 10 too.
Haven't been pillaged yet, but some guy pm'ed me asking to trade for some wine so I pillaged him instead 
Don't see why anyone would want to pillage me, as soon as I get resources or gold I use it, always building, always researching, always upgrading, always hiring more troops.

also if you can spy his garrison for me thatd be great, maybe I can get a 2nd fleet on the way there tonight. I want to flatten him, have him starting to rebuild and flatten him again.

It sucks you guys being soo far away, this little skirmish is going to leave my main base volunerable for about 2 days and cost me over 200,000
But entrust, at least 1 unit will be there. Possibly 2.

I sent my 2nd brigade to flatten his marble town., I found another town of his so that should be a gonner soon also.
8 1/2 hours until I reach his main town, then 1 + days to get to the marble town.
Hopefully I am not defeated. It is a long trip battle, costing me a lot of money and he is prepared for it. we'll see
If you can launch 2 minor attacks that would help!!! cooks and doctors are great!!
