My friend told me he was into making sauce from his homegrown peppers and tomatoes, never tried it before myself so decided to get into it with this seasons grow. Just made my third batch of hot-sauce and really enjoy crafting a unique blend. Any of you guys been doing this?

Its easy to do if you have a good blender and all the ingredients. Just gotta put it all together and blast the crap out of it. Other than that there are a few options as to fermenting it or not, boiling/simmering it or not, or just kinda gently digesting it briefly or not, also.

Just made a new batch, the hottest yet with Habanero, Ghost Pepper, Cayenne, Garlic, and Dill-Weed as the main ingredients. Came out super hot.
