I never was a huge fan of hotsauce unless i made it homemade myself.
Then it has actual taste to it.

Sriracha is way overrated. It's addicting because it's full of sugar.

Dont forget the MSG in it too. Everyone honestly thinks its not in our food but it is they just name it something else. Hell I make most of the ingredients in MSG just by boiling a seaweed clump for 10 minutes and straining. you can taste nothing either.
So sugar covers that taste up super easy. Christ I hate crappy food like this.
Hasnt anyone here had organic Duck Sauce?
Puts this sriracha crap to shame. Has real flavor and real heat. Works well to flavor broth even.
And no i dont mean any duck sauce you think is duck suace thats just sugary orange syrup.
Its like cocktail sauce except theres far more than horseradish and tomatoes.
After I had organic duck sauce I struggle with shrimp and alot of asian food without it.
