I use a carrot to help push the leaves through the juicer, it tastes terrible so I try to take it like a shot.

I am Fasting.
I practiced some very gentle Tai Chi outside.
I executed some Chi Circulation Exercises with my hands while laying in bed.
Less is often more with Medicine.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), apples are valued for their ability to tonify Qi and Yin, clear heat, and moisten dryness. Green apples, specifically, are considered more Yin in nature, giving them highly cooling energetic properties that are traditionally used to soothe the liver and aid in detoxification.
Key Properties & Health Benefits
Liver & Detox: Green apples are associated with the Liver channel; they are frequently used to clear "Liver Heat," release stagnation, and assist the body in detoxification.
Energetics: They have a sour and sweet flavor and a cooling Yin nature.
Digestion & Fluids: Practitioners use them to generate body fluids (quench thirst), resolve phlegm, and stimulate the appetite.
TCM Uses vs. Preparation

I also couldn't resist hitting a branch of my GMO Oz bx2 with the mac fem pollen as well 
Here is the mac f2 clone that I reversed, the sts I made worked very well. I was worried I did it wrong at first π
Bonus pic: I even successfully reversed an autoflower clone.....but in my defense the pack I bought was supposed to be photo so I had no idea it was an auto at all....glad it still worked π(black belts by tastebudz...I wanted to try uk genetics)

I wont be able to smoke any part of this plant. Once you use sts/florel the plant is not safe to consume. The seeds are fine to grow and consume.....so we can only enjoy it by looking at it π
