I studied Herbs all day yesterday and practiced Tai Chi. I have some advanced practices that have evolved with my study of TCM. I can effect my Chi with these Practices coupled with Diet and Herbs.
I'm studying the effects the various Herbs have and complimenting those effects with my energy practice of movement.
I love to study Diet and Herbs.
I love the fusion of the Herbs and the Meridian System. Absolutely Fascinating.

I've been learning all types of interesting Herbs and Formulas.
It's tough. I have to keep looking up the Chinese Names and I can kind of make sense of the Latin Names of Herbs.
The English Names are often unfamiliar, such as Balloon Flower.

I haven't eaten for 24 hours and I'm emptying capsules of Korean Ginseng Extract into my Blender with some Water and Drinking It.
I think it's under tariff.
It's cheap enough.
They must have bought someone's whole crop or something.
They got it cheap.
400% Inflation on the Ginseng since 1999.

Ginseng is very pleasant and one of the safest Herbs.
I used to drink some Ginseng, Astragalus or Fo-Ti in Juice or Water and hop the Free Bus and Take a Trip.
I didn't like Ephedra on a Bus Ride or a Trip around Town. Too High.
Yerba Mate is a good Stimulant for around Town or Bus Ride.
You need to learn to mix your Potions.
I am Fast becoming a Doctor of Chinese Herbal Medicine. I think I will be able to pass the exam in a couple years and practice!

Yeah theyβre mallards, we donβt have a pond but our neighbor does. They still land in our yard because weβve been feeding them every spring. Got them when I was in high school.
The first year we had three of them, and two of them paired up and flew south. The third duck got so depressed he would sit under our camper all day letting water drip on his head, even after it started snowing. He eventually realized he had to go, but for a while we were thinking weβd have to let him overwinter with the chickens.
