I Fast a lot and practice Martial Arts. Today, I got my Ginseng, Reishi Mushroom and Schisandra Extracts!
I don't like getting High except Fasting.
I should actually stop Fasting and smoke a few puffs of Cannabis maybe once or twice a week.
I've been Fasting for Short Trips for about 8 years.

I'm sick as fuck and was visiting my mom so I didn't make any lables yet...however I did turn the light up just a tad bit before I left and they seemed to like it.
