I'm not suppose to do anything stressful or take anything that can effect heart rate or blood pressure. At least until the doctors can figure out the issue.


The irony is what sent me to the doctor was I get this deep feeling in my chest like my heart slows way down like the blood got to thick to pump, then I feel extremely high. High like a big potent dab hit. LOL

I think I can get a license without a degree.
If I need a Degree I will breeze class.
I want to treat Stoneth for Free. 
My mom has Type 2 Diabetes and Neuropathy in her lower legs and feet.
My sister has Fibromyalgia.
Nothing but sickness.

Most TCM Doctors aren't very good.  I aim to be the best.
It is also generally very expensive.
If a Western Doctor can't help, then TCM might benefit you.
I'm telling you, it is tough to find a good TCM Doctor.

I’m trying to wait until the new 5080 drops, thinking I should probably order most of the parts before then though, just in case the tariffs jack up the prices.

My current PC is from 2012 and can barely run hollow knight, I’m long overdue for an upgrade. :pipesmoke2:

Get some dried rose hips.  That's the best source of Vitamin C.  Horsetail has Silica.  You could get colloidal Silica if they still sell that.
When you say strain do you mean tear?
I have good results with healing strains and minor tears of the fascia.
Do you have a Blender?

My buddy has a yard full of horsetail, I have both a juicer and a blender.  And yeah, the doc called it a strain, but I believe pull and tear are synonymous in that context.

That's why I was asking.  I used to twist my ankles bad jumping off a ramp on my skateboard.
They didn't tear.
If you have a substantial tear then only a good Acupuncturist can help.
Otherwise you're ass out of luck with a permanent injury.
My dad was a professional musician and he tore his forearm while gardening.
He was successfully healed by Doctor Wing.  Wing is famous now for helping musicians.
Hollywood.
