I messed mine up by rolling around in bed, seems disk issues commonly happen with non-strenuous things like that. 

PT went well though.  Got some exercises and stretches to do and whatnot.  Apparently my physical therapist is REALLY into mushrooms, too :awesome:.  He was super curious when I mentioned I had started growing pioppinos and oysters.

I know an Acupuncturist who will fix you right up.
He costs $190 a session and you have to see him every other day for 3-6 months.
I willl teach you Tai Chi and Qigong and then you will be a Master with Herbal Knowledges.

It takes over 10 years of school in many cases to complete an education in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
I saw this chick who was a 2-3 year Licensed Acupuncturist and I felt ripped off for $135.
Dr. Wing and his wife were trained in China and they defected to the USA during the Cultural Revolution in China.
Dr. Wing is like Magic.  His wife comes by a few times to brush the needles just right before they are removed.  She also prescribes Herbs.
Wing also gives massage but he says the needles are "faster."
Wing gives you ear and face and also does whole body.  He is incredible.

Some people heal with just a pulse diagnosis and herbs.  They can tell by your pulse and some look at the tongue, etc.
