Drank a Licorice Root and Cinnamon Shake with American Ginseng a few hours ago.
I'm using it to help heal the damage I caused to my guts from using coffee for so long.
I'm going to get more herbs for blood pressure.  You can look those up yourself.

Edit: I grow so I don't have to buy any commercially. I do not sell but I will gladly give some to friends.


Editx2: my ultimate goal is to grow enough to last me to next season(as I am exclusively a seasonal grower.). Last year with one plant I was able to not buy weed for about half a year or a little more. Hopefully this year I hit my target.

I tried Turmeric today!  Man is that potent!  Just a big pinch and it really hits. 
It's supposed to be good for lowering blood pressure and pulse.

Pro tip;  Take the cayenne and the turmeric together, they have synergy, though you may already know this.

If you get the chance to hit up a juice bar, see if they have a juice with turmeric and cayenne.  I tried one 6 years ago, the sweet and spicy combo destroys.  I'll probably never have one again though, they charged like $16 for one cup of juice.

Thank You.  I was reading that taking Black Pepper with Turmeric helps you absorb it into the blood.
I've got low blood pressure now so I am going to get off my blood pressure pharmaceutical medicine.
