Weed is addictive, just less addictive than caffeine.
Reglan, on the other hand, is super addictive, and the withdrawal effects include anxiety, insomnia, and a bunch of other fun stuff.

Yeah, definitely more habit forming than physically addictive, but you will still experience withdrawal effects if you go from all day heavy use to nothing. Not very significant ones, but noticeable and generally consistent across the board.
