The Solid Log rant is I just ate 2 cans of Indonesian Wild Caught Tuna and a can of Vegan Refried Beans.
I don't like eating factory farmed animals. I lived in a small farm town for 15 years and the factory farmed animals are not happy.
I know the tuna suffocated to death. Deal with it!
