Great Lakes Genetics is where I've been getting my stuff. You have to pay with cash or money order, but that's the only downside.

Oh man, there was an amazing special today. Around 36 seeds, plus a t-shirt, totally free to the first 50 people who saw the deal.
After many frustrating attempts to check out and input the free shipping code, the site started crashing from all the people trying to get in on the deal, so I opted to pay for shipping just so I could lock in my order. I think it will be well worth the $7 for the pack of Bodhi alone!

brotancial gardens is pretty good. Just ordered from them on the first picked up some ethos super lemon haze and also skunk hero. Excited about skunk hero as I hear there's a cat piss pheno in there.
