The official diagnose my plant thread

This is a place for everyone to collectively bring pictures of diseased plants. For professionals to tell us what they think it is.
Experience is better than any app.
I will start off. The plant looks healthy. But there’s a red tip thing happening.
What is wrong with my plant?

Any assistance is always appreciated.

From seed
About four months
About 2 feet
1 foot radius container
Tomato mix soil
Watered every two days
Not very much 3 cups about Distilled water
Fertilizer = I’m on a low meat diet so I use my urine
I recently put in a humidifier. But I do not spray anything directly on the plant.
Fluorescent light
About a foot 8 inches from the top.
2 x 4 x 6 grow tent
Kept about 72°.
I haven’t tested the runoff PH
There was a small bug problem. But I got Dimotaceous earth.
Don’t see anything anymore.

There's a stickied thread containing a standard set of questions to answer as part of a diagnosis request.

Something to keep in mind when asking for diagnostics.
