This song always gives me flashbacks.  I put pinches of powdered ginseng in water or juice and drink it throughout the day.  Two months on and one month off to avoid tolerance. 
I'm going to buy sacks of the medicinal mushrooms and try them.  I keep hearing about Reishi and Cordyceps in Traditional Chinese Medicine.  A lot of people take a complex.  I want to test each one.  It's the insane Taoist Priest in me.
