is anyone familiar with taking ashwaganda?

I stopped drinking back in December of 2021 and a friend suggested I used it to help get me through the detox period.
shit has worked wonders in my life. I'm a nicer calmer person and a more patient mother.

I usually switch brands and dosages and go back and forth between extract gummies and root powder capsules.

tbh I don't know off the top of my head, but my depression has been at an all-time low since I started taking it, my anxiety has been manageable, and it pairs well with weed and coffee.
