Could we get some region sub-forums please?

I'm thinking that from a community prospective it might be nice to talk to people encountering the same situations. Different USA states deal with different laws in regards to cannabis and other countries like Canada allow it entirely.
I live in Australia where it's entirely forbidden.
If categories are made in community to separate cultures people can talk and discuss with those that are more likely to have relevant information. This transverses beyond simple cultural differences but also to relevant climate situations. It's frustrating beyond anything to read a book ect that says to plant in a month when it actually means at a certain time in a certain season.
I think region categories will offer more relevant info to those seeking it at a quicker pace.
