 please need help setting up hydroponic bigboy setup

ok so i have a 12pot big bigboy setup from HTG supply, i set it all up right im pretty sure, but the buckets wont flow equal from the controller bucket... and it wont suck all the water from the buckets in the setup when its suppose to suck up back into the resevoir... all help and tips are appriciated

Are they all on the same level? have you enough hoses/T's and cross members to distribute pressure equally? are some hoses much longer than others? do you have any kinks in the hose? Do the hoses go up and down a lot? large enough pump?
Never used the system but those are the main pressure related problems. There's always going to be some water at the bottom of every bucket because of drain height.

Just realized the second message I tried to post didn't post, I ended up realize phyco from what was wrong, yes the hoses were ovr a light hump but I fixed it and some pots hoses are longer than others but I just added hoseing to pots till they flowed right

Glad things worked out. Irrigation seems so straight forward and simple but the actual implementation is much trickier.

yes phycotron it was a pain just the floor wasnt level, the pump is a little smaller then i like but it will do i just had to elevate the buckets a couple inches evenly,
