today will be day 3 with no kratom. the trick is to get schwifty as fuck every night.

im still having issues with sleep and lower back pains. i woke up this morning at 2am and have been up ever since.
im really close to just saying fuck it and order some more kratom. i got a local guy... his name is jerry. he looks like brock lesner. i could get decent quality kratom in less than an hour.
my back hurts and im tired...

Im going to Start taking Kratom again until I can get some insurance and have my back looked at. I'm taking handfuls of over-the-counter painkillers every day just relax which isn't healthy for shit. At least Kratom isn't fucking my shit up. I've also been able to drop my tolerance so I won't need as much as I was taking either.

I was taking 1600 mg ibuprofen and washed it down with a cold IPA. Seems to work well for me when the occasional back pain hits.

yes, you are right. we all have the exact same back problem which can be cured by eating a half bottle of ibprofen.
i cant deal with taking handfuls of pills for my back which doesnt even work. kratom is by far the best option and healthiest option until i can get professional help.
i am a bit disappointed that i am taking kratom again, but i also know that i am able to quit. ive met and talked with a few people who cant quit for shit.
i have a bit of control over it which will sit good with me.

It really isn't that hard of a drug to get off of, just some discomfort for a few days but nothing bad.

Everyone's body chemistry is dif... for some, quitting kratom is like quitting caffeine. For others, like myself, it's much more difficult.
Not only was it mentally exhausting, it also ducked me up phyisaclly. The rule was also an added extra.

I understand man, yea man I'm getting to the point where I have to take .05 right before bed so I don't wake up with the goose skin, I think I'm at the point where I have to take a break for a week just to reset my body.
I hate the versatility of this plant man, it works great to kill pain, sexual stimulant, provide energy much like caffeine but with the added feel goods, and it's a great workout supplement as well. And that is on top of the other supposed medicinal benefits like anti inflammatory properties, cardiovascular aid, aid with diabetus. etc etc....
IDK man this herb the shizz!

Yeah I get super fucked up too if I don't take my Kratom.
I do like a quarter to a half ounce In the morning n then like 6 or so at night maybe a little more or an extra dose if I eat a lot of food that day.
Feels like my skin is crawling if I don't take it every 6-12 hours.
