The easiest way I've found is to get a bottle of tea, take a few gulps out to make space, pour in krat, shake, let sit for awhile and down the hatch. You can't even tell there is kratom in there.
At home I just t&w with some juice. Water doesnt mask the flavor.

Anyone else get night sweats from kratom? Last night i ate some red. First time in a few weeks. And I woke up in the middle of the night with damp clothing. I remember this happening as well a few months ago. But didn't really think it was the kratom.

How long in everyone's experience does it usually take for WD's to start kicking in? I take it a few times everyday, skipping an occasinal day off from work and have never really noticed anything I would attribute to being krat WD's.

how long have you been taking it?
It depends but usually about 8 hours after my last dose. I sleep for about 8 hours each night so Im usually feeling the sweating and body aches by the time I get up, a quick shower and breakfast changes that but yea.

Daily for about a year but off and on for around 7 or 8 if I had to ballpark it. Most of that time being while I was drinking a good bit so I've probably felt it but just attributed it to hangover symptoms.

Lucky I guess. I don't know if the people of Hiroshima would consider themselves lucky that they didn't notice a sparkler while the nuke was doing it's thing.
The only thing I've personally noticed from kratom is once you hit the ceiling you'll hack, maybe.
