A few questions

Hey everyone,
First time posting here but I have been a shroomery member for quite a while now. I recently bought some land in a legal state and would like to get an outdoor grow started this spring.
Any suggestions for good outdoor strains? Any strains that I should avoid?
I have also been looking online for seeds of an ultra high CBD, low THC 'medicinal' strain that has low or minimal high associated with it (like charlotte's web and Avidekel), and I have found a few but they are like $300 for 10 seeds. Is there any other cheap way to get my hands on these?
Do you guys have a marketplace here where you guys trade seeds and other grow supplies? If so what are the requirements to access it?
thanks

There's a strain called thunder stuck by sin city seeds. Its a 20:1 cbd to THC ratio.
Last time I saw they were pretty reasonable.

No seed trading allowed, until the feds change their laws. But other grow supplies and such are traded in The Lot/our little marketplace/.
As for the CBD thing, I had good luck with CBD Crew's Critical Mass.
It's honestly the only CBD strain I've worked with so far.

To answer this, we need to know around about where you're planning on growing, and your experience level may also help. Environment and season length plays a large roll in these things.

Thanks for those suggestions those are really helpful. Maybe I'd buy both and do a cross or something.
My land is in Maine - zone 4b or 5a, so a relatively short season and not too hot. I spend a lot of time gardening and have grown a whole lot of different types of plants, but no personal experience growing cannabis yet. However I have read a lot about it and understand the basic biology, many of the techniques, etc.

Here's a CBD strain from Greenpoint https://greenpointseeds.com/collections/tree-of-life-seeds Alphakronik has a CBD lineup of strains called the force series https://www.jamesbeancompany.com/breeders/alphakronik-genes-seeds Gage green has a couple CBD strains http://www.originals.gagegreen.org/souvenirs/ one of them is Blue Dynamic there's for sure another one but I cant remember the name it has that Harlequin in the lineage
Edit* well shit, looking at the Tree of Life strain from Greenpoint, it's $150 for an ounce of seeds (approximately 2000 seeds)! I would go with that personally. I know for fact Greepnpoint is one of the best places to order from, he stands behind his seeds and if you're not happy, he will work with you and make sure you are taken care of.
Edit #2* lol, I'm an idiot, those chardonnay seeds are only a 10 pack for $150
