It was written poorly. Was hoping we would vote against it and try to do better in 2018. I doubt we could have changed much anyway, obviously the powers that be are going to set shit up the way that benefits them the most.

Fuck this prop. The weed becomes way less legal then before. The only difference is you don't need a med card but now there are plant numbers and 10 fucking pages of regulations I have to go by to do seeds. Nobody bothered to read it and just heard the word legal and jumped on it.
In total it's 65 pages of utter bullshit.

Yeah. It pisses me off.
I have to say though that legal is cool because people who otherwise wouldn't smoke start smoking. Plus virgins lose it.
In USA, 50% of all adults drink regularly. Only 5% smoke pot regularly. If 50% smoked pot, then that would be great progress.

Yeah that's true. I saw it coming some time ago that's why I flipped everything to seeds. I did think that there would be more states legalizing. All I know is there is gonna be half a million new growers now. Being a small grower trying to grow for the clubs is pretty much a waste of time now cause larger suppliers are gonna eat you alive. I was surprised at how many growers were against it though. I don't like all the regulations at all but I do seeds so I'm for the prop passing.
Also because there are so many different kinds of licences to sort out for the people that want to sell weed for recreational use that they won't have it sorted out till 2018 so no places will be able to sell it for recreational use till then. So your allowed to have it but you can't go in a club and buy it without a med card till 2018.
Buuuuut in the long run it's still a step in the right direction and that's a good thing.

Let's not get greedy.. here a half oz. still catches you 2 felonies + no license, fines, classes and that bullshit...lets not forget a fuckin record that jacks employment opportunity..

Like you know what you're talking about. I have one of those felonies you speak of and did 3 years in prison for growing so I can be as greedy as I want. I do feel for ya though cause just by the penalty I know what state your in (V------a) and that is a state that will never go legal until it's done federally.
When I got busted was in 1990 and got out in 93 and that was when there was no med cards and crap. In your state I'd still have 4 years to serve.

Any chances to up your education? I'd have to dive head first into something that would take up my mind space and learn something. Can you get a deck of cards? Cards would be a life saver.

I never bought anything in there but yeah it could work with commissary or if you were lucky enough to have family that put money on your books. The long timers were able to get jobs in there and could use there pay to buy it but they only make a dollar a hour.
