Yup. Question #2 Passes. Possession of up to an ounce is now finable by $100 in Massachusetts. No longer an arrestable offense.

Passed by like 67 percent too. There has even been ads running all week on TV with police chiefs telling people to vote YES on this law. I am reasonably impressed with my state for once. Time to smoke a fat one with my people and celebrate.

If you think about it, there is ALOT of weed in Massachusetts especially from Late August til May when colleges are in session and there are people from all over here. Like I said even the cops were on TV urging people to vote in favor of this because it is just blatantly a waste of resources and a shame when teenagers and such get fucked over for minuscule amounts of marijuana.
Common Sense reigns supreme today. Hazzah!
