i made my own version of bhang once and it surprisingly came out really good.
Basically I simmered 2 grams of decent-quality dried, broken up cannabis in whole milk with a tiny amount of butter for 40 minutes. Other ingredients included saffron, cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. It tasted awesome and had almost immediate, wonderful effects, very spacey, relaxing, and psychedelic, with no side effects whatsoever. It also felt very healing on many levels, physically, psychologically and spiritually.
i'm not talking about canna butter though, just whole milk tea with spices and finely ground herb
It doesn't even need to cook (simmer) for 1-2 hours like many people on the internet claim; usually a good 20 minutes of simmering it in all that rich whole milk is enough for a very powerful experience.
