I almost always dose on an empty stomach, but I really don't notice that much of a difference if I do take it on a full one

I notice a huge difference, if I dose on a full stomach, I barely even feel it.
I just finished off the rest of the borneo white, only 3-4gm. I like this strain a lot for working or hiking. The vendor was out of yellow 'nam, so I went with 1/4 kg of green borneo, 1/4 kg of green malay, and a 1/2 kg of white borneo.

When ever I dose I usually eat within 5 minutes of tossnwash and it reduces any nausea I may experience. If I dose without eating I will dose anything between 2 - 5 grams max.
I feel like eating food after or before dosing helps the stomach absorb more of the kratom because it's being digested with something, like it's not there by itself absorbing into the stomach. Dosing without eating might allow you take less kratom though  I don't know a damn thing man.
