I love having the capsules for convenience sake but they definitely don't hit as hard as non-capsuled powder. I just put a dose in an empty water bottle (usually between 5 and 8g), fill 1/2 way with water, shake the shit out of it, chug, fill 1/4 way, shake, chug, repeat until the bottle is clean. Been doing it that way for years and it's easy as hell. I could never toss and wash.
If I'm going to be with family or somewhere I can't easily dose for an extended period of time I'll cap up a bunch and just keep a stash in my pocket.

Gatorade or tea, fool. I use green tea.
Fill a gatorade bottle about 3/4 of the way, add kratom, shake before each swig.

I don't notice any difference between the capsules and t&w. Also, you get used to the toss and wash really quickly.
