i used to mix it with protein shakes, mixes it up consistently, covers the taste.
But it's only good if you're eating a couple grams
I'm a drug addict, I eat enough of this shit at once so I nod off

agreed that's a lot of liquid, best to just gulp it down as fast as possible.
i've never tried making tea but I know PO takes his doses that way.
I don't bother because i know there's no possible way all the alkaloids are being absorbed into water

Still have a hard time believing you're getting the full spectrum even with the acidity of a lemon
Every extract I've had has sucked, so it just doesn't seem like it would be that simple

Yeah, I tried the lemon tek on 5gs of mushrooms, and there was definitely no difference. I'm pretty sure it's just some hippy nonsense.
I've got this stress tester thing on my phone, and while on kratom, it's showing the lowest amount of stress. Fuck yoga and meditation, gimme krat!

Green maylay was my favorite for a long time, but before my break i was eating nothing but white strains. I did get a sample of some yellow veitnam which was pretty good.

yea I noticed most of the "premium" or even the maeng da's are literally plain leaf. Marketing gimmicks to sell product at a higher price.
Red bali is pretty sedating. Who's your vendor and how much do you usually pick up per order?
