I ate about three grams of the white borneo earlier, doing the old toss and wash really decreases the amount I can take. I can't wait til my encapsulator gets here.

Caps are a bitch for me if they're the '00' size, only fit a half gram
the '000' though I can fit a whole gram, but its still easier to toss and wash sometimes rather than eat 20 caps

I'very tried mixing it with yogurt and a bunch of other foods, but toss and wash is really the way to go. I haven't tried making tea, though.

I just puked for the first time ever from kratom, mid toss and wash, shit got stuck in my throat....
I usually have a soda to chase it down with, and the carbonation helps the nausea, especially on an empty stomach.
just ate some bread tho and giving it another go, what a waste of 10 grams
