4. What type of hydro system are you using?
5. What brand/type of nutrients are you using? Easy hydro Grow
6. What is the Ph of your nutrient solution? 5.8
7. What is the PPM/EC of your tap water? Unknown
8. What is the PPM/EC of your nutrient solution? Unknown
9. What is the temperature of your nutrient solution? 68.9F
10. Does your PPM/EC show a rise or fall when you do your daily PPM check? Unknown
11. Does your pH show a rise or fall when you do your daily check? Hardly
12. Do you feed or spray your plants with anything? No
13. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 85w CFL
14. How close are your lights to the plants? 11.8 inches
15. What size is your grow space in square feet? 2.6Feet X 2.6Feet X 6.2Feet(H)
16. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 66.2 degree F
17. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? Yes, mosquitoes but have moved everything into the grow tent as of today so no more insects.
18. How much experience do you have growing? 1st indoor hydro grow.
I'm thinking Cal mag Def? Please any ideas would be great.

Mg usually effects old growth and Ca new growth. N is a possibility too. Ca is hard to diagnose until later stages. N is unlikely as I think your veins are green and the tips aren't more affected. Mg will yellow the outer part of the leaf and leave your veins green. So I'd say Mg.
Before you mess around with your nutrient formulation try raising your pH to 6.2 (do this temporarily to see the response and then adjust to 6.0 after some days or a week) Mg is most available at pH 5.9 and above. If that doesn't solve it you can use a gram per gal of epsom salt
A closer look would help diagnose your issue.

Get a TDS meter. Unknown is not an acceptable answer. How can you feed based on solids, when you don't know what your solids are???
Cali-Magic whips ass on Cal-Mag, but yeah try a TSP in a gallon of your water with no feed and see what she does. Also good wholesome organic molasses at about 6 bucks a container is great to add at a TSP a gallon every few watering/feedings...

are u checking the ph every day or other day after you finsh mixing all new nuits in water and putting in the bucket? cause wiht hydro your ph will adjust and if you are not checking it you coudl be having a ph problem without even knowing it,
