...and here's the story.

With the final Grateful Dead shows nearly in the history books I figured now is as good of a time as any to tell it.

posting on the growery was a no brainier because the whole ThumbPrint experience is about growing and evolving. It has less than the shroomery and fewer snobs than the dmt-nexus.

It was the last day of some hole-in-the-wall music festival somewhere in North America. The Vibe the Entire weekend was INC-Redible and I met many true loves that weekend. All of whom are still in my life today on various levels. Still feeding off the Energy of the Event, I was wandering the grounds searching for something I had lost, and all still yet to be found.

When I wandered into the art tent, a group of old-souls was sitting there waiting. They welcomed me into their congregation.  They wanted to make me one of their own.  But We couldn't wait the hours or days it would take for a Traditional Ceremony. Instead they loaded a pipe with nearly-pure DMT extract and had me hold in the 4th hit; one more than Mckenna's recommended 3hits.

The last thing I remember before experiencing The All of Existence was vomiting into a tupperware container that one of them held out for me. After being reborn from hyperspace, I was lead outside to bask in the warmth of the sun.  Although it was over in a matter of Earth Minutes, it still took me days to feel Fully-Grounded in 'Reality' again.

And I've never quite felt like I've been the same.

Because this post may cause a flood of PMs asking for those 300mic headstash doses that are out there and how to obtain them, let me state that I have long since passed that point in my path of life.

However, since Family is about living for someone/something else: an idea greater than us, ourselves. let me end by saying this:

I have loads more stories about The Family, but I wouldn't want to stifle all you, the reader, imagine it to be.  Maybe I'll save those the next time The Dead tour but only if Jimi Hendrix is their support.
