Hi, long story short I found a little sativa plant and I'm trying to grow it.
I need as much advice as I can get, thanks :-)
right now its literally two- three leaves in a little cotton little cup looking thing,
any potential?

Looks to me like two cuttings, one is way too small for anything, the other is too but may have a small chance to root. Maybe if it was kept under an upside-down clear solo cup and misted it might root - then again maybe not...
Any rooting hormone used? Is there a node in the cotton?
cotton media? probably much better in some seed starting mix (verm/peat) or a rapid rooter plug. Then again I have never tried to propagate such a small cutting so maybe the cotton will work.
Unfortunately I wouldn't give that much of a chance of survival - maybe 10% assuming it hasn't rooted yet of course.
