 Industrial Hemp Seeds

For those of you who haven't heard my home state of Alaska just legalized recreational marijuana. Woohoo!
Some of us believe industrial hemp production won't be far behind. We have enormous amounts of unused farmland here believe it or not. The season is short but intense due to the long daylight.
I've spent about a day looking online including browsing the forums here for a source for industrial hemp seeds with no luck. My go to guys for seeds has been single seed center who have been A plus with me but they don't carry industrial hemp. I even contacted some Colorado hemp outfits but haven't heard back.
So long story short where can a guy buy industrial hemp seeds and have them shipped to the U.S.?

So I guess this is a dead end? I've contacted over a dozen seed suppliers and nothing.

Either Kentucky or Tennessee legalized industrial hemp production.
The state ordered pounds of hemp seeds from Europe - for some reason, I want to say Italy.
They were promptly seized by US customs & they went to court over it. I'm assuming the state has the seeds now, but I'm not positive. I didn't follow the story closely, but that'll give you some place to look.
There's also some hippy site somewhere that was selling hemp seeds - someone I know was looking at them to see if they were a source of high CBD.
If I can find that thread on a different site, I'll be happy to post the name of the site.
Otherwise, your traditional seedbanks are not going to have what you're looking for - it's a totally different type of market.
They also put hemp seeds in bird food, and they sell hemp seeds in health food stores. If you can find out where they get their hemp seeds (who grows them), that might point you in the right direction too.

Being in Alaska I need a source from the far north. We have Loooong daylight here in summer so the variety has to be an autoflower.
