I've noticed that a lot more people are smoking pot. I read once in High Times that 50% of Americans drink alcohol regularly, and that 5% smoke cannabis regularly. 5% is probably inaccurate.
I had to tell my neighbor to please stop blowing their hits into their vent above the stove because we share a duct and it smells like I've been smoking weed in my apartment. I read that you can get in trouble if you can smell the weed outside of the dwelling. I've also read there are bars where they let you light up, even though there is a smoking ban here. I can't really tell what's happening.

I've read something like 35% never drink, 20% are binge drinkers and 10% are pretty much full blown alcoholics. Your results may vary.
5% pot smokers seems low to me... . . .
