So I had some English muffins and thought I'd make some "McMuffins".

Turned out pretty good.

Oh and canning rings works well to cook an egg.

Looks good! I used to make these all the time. Found out it's totally worth it to get some high-end cheese in there, like a gruyere or comte, and broil it till it bubbles in the oven...soooo damn good!
