 Sausage and Eggs  1

Took some jimmy dean sausage, fried up the patties and chopey them up. Scrambled some eggs.
Bout 1 sausage patty to 2 medium eggs or 1 large. Combine either on skillet or on a plate.
Nom down on!

Check it:
1 sweet potato cubed and boiled until soft
3 links of chicken sausage
1/2 red pepper diced
1/2 yellow onion diced
Cook up the chicken sausage and put it aside.
Put the onion, red pepper, and sweet potato pieces in the pan with some olive oil and saute until browned.
Put the sausage back in the mix to heat it, add some cayenne pepper.
Fry up an egg and put it on top of half the sweet potato mixture...save the rest of the mixture for the next day.
Dash of cholula...DELICIOUS!
