Actually mine is a little different. Though this was intended to be a meal not so much a dip sauce.

I used:
peas
avocado
green onions
tomatoes
cilantro
jalepenos
lemon juice
salt & pepper

Using peas more than avocado also lowers the calories.

haha, no I don't think this recipe is very common in Germany or Estonia for that matter. I got it out of an American cook book called "The Treasury of Cooking Healthy."

I mean sure, if you want to put it that way. I suppose it would be wrong to call it guacamole if there is no avocado. Though I don't know what else I would call it. It's made exactly like guacamole, just with lots of peas instead of avocado. Though, I like to believe guacamole is a mixture of vegetables rather than just the avocado itself. I was simply saying in theory you could make a very low calorie "MIXTURE THAT IS NOT GUACAMOLE" by omitting the avocado.

I'll explain it again... the idea of putting peas in there is so that you can consume larger portions without consuming a ridiculous amount of calories. Did you not see how much guacamole I made? That was 5 meals worth. It's actually rather good, it's really good for you and I would suggest you try it before judging it.
