Grilled Tomato Spinach and Cheese sandwich
- Butter one side of two slices of bread, slap one of the buttery sides of a slice face down on frying pan and put whatever kind of cheese you want all over it, (I use like 4 different kinds)
- Put some spices on it like Garlic, Basil, Salt, Pepper...
- Then cut a nice round slice from a tomato and put it on top
- Now toss on some fresh spinach leaves (enough to cover the tomato).
- After that throw the other slice of bread on top with the butter facing up away from the sandwich and flip it over so the buttery side is face down cooking,, when the first side looks done of course...
Once it looks golden then clean up and munch out with some french fries...
(I highly recommend some form of potato with these, even chips.../
Ive been inhaling these lately...
Their simple but good.
