 HELP! Can never get high from edibles, Metabolism maybe?

hey guys I got this problem and it's not tolerance related. I can't get high off edibles no matter how strong they are. my friends and I all ate 2 4 gram cookies they were basically tripping and i was sitting there sober as hell. I have eaten a 20 gram cookie and still nothing, now i only smoke about once to twice a day so my tolerance is not crazy. can someone please help with this? i'm 20 yrs 130 lbs very skinny. I read somewhere that people with high metabolisms can sometimes high trouble getting high off edibles. if thats the case how can i dramatically slow my metabolism

Yea man somebody isn't doing something right. You should be getting high. I promise you if you ate my brownies or something you would get high.

are you getting high at all? you should probably be getting entirely too high instead of not high. you shouldn't have to alter your metabolism to get high off edibles I would think.

I have a friend who literally never gets high off edibles.
He is like the crack head version of a stoner though, so his tolerance is probably through the roof.

no guys I'm telling you, I have eaten edibles bought from dispensary before no effect! my friend and I made, I want to say a cup and a half of butter with 2 ounces of prime buds. we then each consumed a tablespoon of the butter. he fell sleep after raving about how he can't believe how stoned he was while I was as sober as ever. one time I had 3 brownies with 2 grams in each one, so before i ate them I ate a bunch of white and wheat bread for filler in my stomach and then ate the brownies. I felt the slightest bit of it but not enough to even say i got stoned. I had read on differant thread a guy got pancreas damage and has a hard time getting stoned off edibles too. but i have a healthy pancreas.

You're really missing out on the edibles high. Are you sure you're not getting high?

Maybe you aren't eating enough. I've never encountered a person who can't get high from edibles. I don't know what to tell you.

I've seen a couple people claim to not get high on lots of cannabis, but I assume they are fibbing or whatever you call it. I just imagine they got really high and for a minute felt like they weren't high and from that a strange lie was born. unless Im wrong and not being able to get high is a real thing
