Do you know how to roll a joint?

A lot of people don't.  I once taught my friend how to roll one.  He hooked me up with some pot after I had been off for a few years.  I didn't know where to get pot at that time.  I like joints because you really get the taste.

I grew up rolling joints.  I went through a blunt stage.  I got into tobacco that way.  I smoked tobacco for about five years.  It made my lungs all tough.  I used to have perfect bud lungs.

Hate joints and blunts. Waste too much, glass pipe is the only way I smoke. I dont care for bongs either.

When I was younger and smoked joints, I'd roll them with one of these...quick, easy, and perfect joints every time.

I use a cone rolling machine. I could roll it by hand, it wouldn't look as pretty, but I hate doing all that extra work. I wanna smoke a joint/cone, I want to get high, I don't want to go to an arts and crafts class.


When I do get artsy I try rolling the normal stoner shit. (cross joint, epic 6 paper-joints, etc.)

I roll with a single paper.  I pack the reefer tight with twisted ends and then roll it between my fingers to get the pot packed equally throughout so it doesn't burn up the side.  It takes me a bit to roll one but they are perfect and look like cigarettes.

Maybe thats my problem with rolling joints...I've got a tendon re-routed in my thumb (used to be part of the index finger extension, now its part of the thumb extension). I manage, but I'm definitely lacking in thumb dexterity. I also have a plate in that wrist that restricts movement. I can still roll one if I have to, but its not pretty. :shrug:

Also, I think m00nshine is a pretty cool guy. Eh posts copypasta and doesnt afraid of anything. :highfive:

I've been smoking for damn near a decade but still can't roll a joint worth a shit. It takes me a long time to get it done, if it gets done at all, and I usually end up very aggravated while trying to roll one.


I know how, but I'm terrible at it, or at least terrible at doing it in a timely fashion. I think I've successfully rolled up maybe 3 joints in my life time, all of which actually burned and hit perfectly with no runs, but it took me like 20+ minutes and several torn papers to finally get it done proper.


Joints are actually one of my favorite ways to smoke and if I practiced more often no doubt I'd get it down...but when I'm just chillin' by my self I never smoke that much to myself in one sitting so I never roll joints. Only time I smoke them is when hanging with friends, and they're the ones that roll em' up.

Regular joints takes me 1 min to roll ( grinding weed takes most of the time) but Y or cross joints takes longer, it's not something I do too often

I like to smoke needles by myself, but I've always loved rolling one fat ass joint, tho a fat joint will make much more resin by the end, making it taste not too good.... but with other ppl a fat joint is better imo, alone I'll stick with needle joints instead, more efficient (I dunno bout you guys but with my weed, a needle is enough to get pretty baked ...), it tastes better by the end, also I don't like to keep half a joint for later, the second part always taste like shiat imo.

i still remember barely learning to smoke around 16...rollin a paper around a sharpie and then slowly packing it. Super lame way to roll i know but damn id barely even finish it. I had to sneak out my window of my parents house to go outside to smoke too.

those were the days...

Joints burn better than most pipes.  I like a bong because you can pack a hit light it and pull the whole hit.  I used to make glass pipes that burned as good as a joint.  A lot of the glass pipes I see around are crap.  It's easier to get a good pipe with a screen than with a little single hole, but I know how to get it to burn good.  Then there's how smooth or harsh is the smoke?  Bongs and properly made pipes are smoother than a joint, but a joint isn't bad.  A shitty pipe is more harsh than a joint.  If you have to torch your bowl with each hit then you have what i call a shitty pipe.
