okay so idk about a small grow but doin some maths here i can come up with some numbers on a big grow/dispensary costs
call it 40k for the lawyer to set up the shit
650k to buy a store front for the actual dispensary store location
350k to buy a 7000sqft warehouse on 2 acres
say you wanna light 5625sqft of that, youd need 225 1kw lights...call it 200/light so 45k on lights
add 100k for ducting, electician work soil, pots, etc
i have no idea on cooling costs, how much it would be to be able to continue to grow in the summers so this number is gonna be short but going off that its at least 1.185million$ in total
if you got good credit,a good business plan, and some degrees tho idk how much youd need up front

Haha, yeah the "best weed in Canada" part could be a stretch. 
But my guy's legit. Every time he tells me a strain name I'll look it up

Puffing on some outdoor Vanilla Kush.
Not the prettiest looking flowers, but they smell & taste delicious, very earthy/incense/floral-hash like, and it's some potent silky smoke.

Concentrate-less for 2 days now...man i smoke ridiculous amounts when i have ozs of oil around and now ive been smoking nug only for 2 days.
It just aint the same
