Yup. I did. I found one that pays better, and is not in food industry. Being a manager at a chain sucks, i recommend it to no one.

A bank teller, whoo!! Handling the big bucks. And making 1.50 more an hour. And no grueling work and getting off at 3 am shit.

i can quit my job in 6 months 
Well change companies , stay in the same trade tho.... ill be a level 2 by then and i can find a new company to work for. my current company is the shits (working with fucking dildos, and no breaks for 6hrs of work is bs!!). but i gotta put the time in so i can upgrade

Managing a chain store does indeed suck, I only stick around for the long term employment on my resume.
