 looking for a job. i have an awesome update and another update

Well i went out on another job hunt today and filled out a few more applications and talk to some bosses and all i got was a couple "we will be contacting you" ( which is a no ) and a couple said "come back in a couple weeks and see"( which is a maybe). Now I've been looking for a job for 2 years and haven't got one yet and i was wondering what the hell? What am i doing wrong I'm shaved faced and dress nice for interviews and stuff also talk polite to everyone. does anyone have any tip on how to get a job? Or is there anyone else in the same situation i am?

dont sign your life over to the military dude!
Do u have your grade 12? you can always take short small courses to make your resume look pimp.
I went out got my grade 12, then my class 1, air brake, first aid, cpr, Transportation of dangerous goods, whmis, H2S certificate, and im currently doing a 20 hr safety course. Most courses are cheap and take 1 day... even having your CPR+first Aid looks good.
You need something that makes you stand out from the rest  .
My resume is also 40% lies, I even have my friends as references (labeled as past employers) (i had zero work experience so i needed to spice it up) ... i dont recommend this tho

I got my job from a place called Employment Connection. Hit up your local EDD office and see what programs there are in your area. Also indeed.com jobbing.com monster.com careerbuilder.com and craigslsit are good tools. It gets real discouraging filling out app after app and signing up for shit all day but its the nature of the beast now a days I guess.
Volunteering at places that are hiring also couldn't hurt. I did volunteer work at my library when I was on the hunt cause the county was hiring for a library asst. Look for opportunities like that. Good luck!

I think this ^^^ is your problem. You're surrounded by shitty people who don't inspire you to be better. You have to radiate confidence and competence. This will help attract people to you. Also, make it appear like you have a lot going on with your life. This makes people MUCH more likely to start a friendship/relationship with you. Learn cool hobbies that help you meet cool people who actually have good things going on for them. These connections will help you find a job. Also look on Craig's List. There are always temp. jobs posted on there. I don't believe you're trying very hard if you've been looking for two years unsuccessfully.

I mean, it's summer for God's sake; in other words, work season. Find a landscaping company or drive to the nearest college town (because they undergo mass exoduses in summer). You could also knock on doors with unkempt yards offering to help.
