ive come to relize....
mom and pop shops are the way to go....
this company i work for has HUGE contracts and its run by a husband and wife with two employees....
the lady basically told me that it would be hipocritical to tell me not to smoke....

going in for a 2nd round of interviews tomorrow myself for a $16/hr job, hopefully everything works out
