Putting is simple.
The Queen of England has stripped human beings of their natural rights and enslaved the population in servitude.
Any natural substance that allows an individual the ability to increase their awareness will eventually wake up to the fact that for thousands years these parasites have totally raped the human race.
Once we become aware of it in mass numbers, the spell will be broken as we wake up.
Otherwise, their goal is to keep us stupid by living the "american dream" which means you have to be asleep to believe it.

Don't forget about William Randolph Hearst. He crusaded against weed because he had a shady paper pulp deal. He'd print his newspapers on it, and strangled the "free market" so his competitors couldn't find pulp to print on. When they turned to hemp paper, he demonized weed and "the negro problem" in his editorials.

I don't buy the Hearst story as a global reason why weed is illegal, and I could maybe believe the queen had something to do with it, but there has to be some greater interest in it being illegal than just for hemp suppression.
