Is it ok to combine different soils?

I bought a few bags of Kellogg Patio Plus awhile back because of Magash's thread, but my plants don't seem to be liking it near as much as FFOF. The stuff is basically 90% mulch, Ive never seen potting soil like it. I have two bags left, and just ordered a couple more bags of FFOF. Would it be ok to mix a bag of OF with a bag of Patio Plus to make the OF go further?

That'd be just fine. Do like a 50/50 ratio.
