Cannabis Tincture (alcohol based)

First attempt at a tincture. I used:
18g decent quality shake / 3 fl ounces of everclear. x5 jars

After reanalyzing this, I think I will be adding a little bit more everclear to the tinctures now... But I just started it today and I was wondering what others thought about this ratio.

EDIT: New question
What are some good additives that would make the tincture taste/feel better? I can imagine that everclear will burn like a bitch sublingually!

I've heard milk, peppermint, cranberry juice, vanilla extract... Anything else I should consider?

so ur putting 18gms for every 3 oz's of everclear? (each jar)

Yep. They're tiny ass jars, 1/2 pint (one cup) each.

so say a nice dose is 2-3gms (trim).  ill say 2.5.  so thats 7 doses per jar....  7 / 3(oz) : 


Aprox .3-.5 of a oz should get you high as shit.   

Thats not too bad for a potent tincture like everclear.  I hear that shit burns under the tongue so maybe the less the better
