 How often do you clean your peices?

How much weed do you smoke through your peices before cleaning them?
I usually wait until my bowl starts getting clogged before I clean it.
But bongs I like to keep really clean and I usually change the water after every use and give it a full cleaning after I smoke about an eighth out of it.

I like to clean mine with a fine comb of dead jew hairs
It works very nicely, I couldn't recommend it enough!

once a week or 2 if im using em regularly ....
nothing worse then going to a buddys house and smoking outta a 3 year old dirty bongs.... the water is so old and black its prob growing mold

I fucking hate dirty bong water, everything tastes sooo much better just by doing a simple water change. I use fresh water every time, and keep my bongs immaculate.

ya i gotta agree, its not hard to change the water.... my bro calls me a "weedsnob" cuz i tell him id rather roll a joint then make out with his stink ass bongs.
once he poured the old old bong water in a cup and brought it to a bash, ended up getting this dorky kid to drink it all in one chug .... he claimed he got high as fuck off it  deo is on youtube

I get called a weedsnob because if someone offers to smoke weed with me I ask what kind it is sometimes, I'm sorry but sometimes I don't want to smoke reggie, even if it's free, ya know.

Between the plethora of pipes in my possession, it can take awhile for them to get dirty enough to clean.

I keep my bong clean. Fresh water every day, run water through the down stem to get the chunks. I also use drinking water because my tap water is very hard and it leaves a white residue. gram or two a day
Salt and alcohol every few days when the crud starts to build up in the back. Every few times after that I'll finish with baking soda and vinegar to clean the glass extra. It takes acid to get the water spots off, and I heard that the baking sodas reaction with the vinegar is suppose to help; it seems to. Vinegar will get your glass extra sparkling clean that alcohol alone can't.
If you put a drop or two of cooking oil you can prevent the crud from building up on the glass. The water will turn a cloudy brown color. It will make you want to change the water more often.
Its important to keep the bubbler clean because those are harder to clean once they get all clogged up, so I try and only smoke a few bowls before changing it, maybe one or two, but I don't use it as often and mostly when tasting bud so I want fresh water anyway.
With the bong I have 7 of those taster bowls and will pass them out in groups instead of smoking one large bowl--for flavor and due to pipe injustice from the power lungs--and will let those get dirty longer because they're harder to clean and take awhile before they seem like they are not letting the air flow as much.

I clean my bong 3-4 times a week depending on usage; pretty OCD about a clean tasting smoke.
I also don't pack big bowls like my buddies do. Pack a few real fat snaps; saves me bud and launches me farther than nasty asshole bowls will.

with my bong i usually change the water every day or 2, run hot water thru the stem once every 4 or 5 days, then do an actual cleaning once every few months
bowls i rarely, if ever clean them.....bubblers get a full cleaning every few months
